Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing technique that supports balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals. Reiki complements other forms of healing and wellness support.

2. Understanding Psychic Readings

Psychic medium readings involve communication with spiritual energies, including departed loved ones, spirit guides, or other non-physical entities. These sessions are based on the medium's intuitive and spiritual abilities and are intended to provide insight, comfort, and clarity.

2. Disclaimer – Medical, Business, and Personal Decisions

While Reiki and Psychic Readings can offer emotional clarity and spiritual insight, it is important to understand:

• Reiki and Readings do not take the place of professional medical care, therapy, psychiatric services, financial advice, legal counsel, or business consulting.

• No part of a Reiki and Readings session or the intutive guidance provided should be considered medical advice, a diagnosis, or a directive for decision-making.

• You are always encouraged to consult with your doctor, therapist, or other licensed professionals for any physical, emotional, financial, or legal concerns.

• Any decisions you make following a session are your own responsibility. Until it Passes and Devine Time Readings are not liable for outcomes related to your personal or professional choices.​

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging in Reiki and Readings services, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your health and personal decisions.

• Disclose any relevant health conditions or concerns that may impact your session.

• Use discernment when integrating any insights or experiences received.

4. Confidentiality and Sacred Space

Everything you share during a session is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Your privacy is deeply valued. Information will only be disclosed:

• If required by law.

• If there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others.

5. What to Expect

Each session is tailored intuitively.

Results and experiences vary. Sometimes the effects are immediate; other times, they integrate gently over days or weeks. While many clients experience healing, clarity, and transformation, outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Reiki and Psychic Readings are supportive tools, and your healing journey is uniquely yours.

6. Entertainment Purposes Only
All Reiki and Readings sessions, intuitive guidance and discussions are intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. The insights, guidance, and information provided during these sessions are based on intuitive abilities and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable.

7. Session Bookings & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless a prior agreement is made.

• Accepted payment methods include: cash or direct deposit.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, and your well-being is our priority. That said, we kindly ask that you honour the time and space held for your session.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid any fees.

• Late cancellations (less than 6 hours notice) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or missed appointments without notice are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

• Full refunds will be provided for any session canceled with appropriate notice (before 24 hours).

• If a session needs to be canceled by the practitioner for any reason, you will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.

• No refunds will be issued after a session has been completed, as energy work is experiential and results vary per individual.

• If you're ever unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out. Open, compassionate dialogue is always welcomed.

9. Limitation of Liability

By booking and receiving services from Until it Passes and Devine Time Readings, you agree to the following:

• You understand that Reiki and energy healing are complementary, holistic practices and not substitutes for medical or psychological care.

• You release and hold harmless Until it Passes and Devine Time Readings from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise directly or indirectly from your participation in sessions.

• This includes but is not limited to: physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or financial decisions you make as a result of a session.

• In no event shall Until it Passes or Devine Time Readings be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages in connection with the services provided.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Queensland, Australia and any disputes shall be handled in that jurisdiction.

Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, purchasing, or attending a Reiki and Reading session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all current and future sessions.
